Centurama!

During Grove City’s 100th anniversary, nearly 300 people were involved in an original play, Centurama that told the story of Grove City’s early years. Harriette Albrecht helped organize the play and was responsible for props that included a covered wagon and a high wheel bike. Another popular event was the Centennial Ball held at Grove City High School with an orchestra performing. A large crowd attended along with the newly named Miss Grove City, Betty Shoaf.
